Daily routine

· Adults: Take one (1) capsule daily with water, ideally with your first full meal of the day.
· Best with food. Berberine and Cayenne can feel "warm" on an empty stomach.
· Consistency over intensity. Doubling up does not accelerate results.
· Timeline. Most women notice a first shift between days 14 and 28. A 60–90 day routine is recommended.

Green Tea Extract

Apple Cider Vinegar
